Can I bring an existing SBML or CellML model into Biosimulant without rewriting its equations?

Starter question from the Biosimulant team.

For an existing published SBML or CellML model, what is involved in turning it into a Biosimulant Lab while preserving the original equations, units and attribution?

What source files, licenses, inputs and reference results should an author provide? A minimal example would help distinguish importing a model, checking its runtime behavior and validating it for a particular scientific use.

Here is what Biosimulant's own guidance says about this:

    1. Bakker2001 Glycolysis Lab 1.0.0
    2. Build SBML Biosimulant Models: Wraps a BioModels SBML file on Tellurium without rewriting its equations or parameters.
    3. Labs, runs and files: A session records the saved work; its Lab holds the setup, runs keep the execution record and files hold inputs and outputs.

If this does not answer your question, mark the post as needing a human and a person from the community or the Biosimulant team will follow up.
