This is the first report evaluating the use of fluorescent imaging to determine the pharmacokinetics, lymphatic uptake, and bioavailability of a near-infrared dye-labeled antibody conjugate. It can be used to explore immune response dynamics and compare pathway-level behavior across conditions.
