About lab
Experimental CFU research snapshot: recorded ADBC preparation, scratch-trained YOLOX-Tiny and frozen evaluation. First held-out test on 37 plates: aggregate count error 2.90%, precision 91.45%, recall 92.42%; p95 count error 22.22% fails the approved 20% gate. Independent training recreation and hosted image-upload qualification remain incomplete. Batch research workflow requiring explicit pinned inputs; visible-colony assistance with human review only.
